Registration. Those wishing to participate in the Congress should complete the registration form and e-mail it to the Congress Secretariat. We will then send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your registration form. In that e-mail you will be advised how the registration fee should be paid. Important note, 31 May 2013. Thanks to additional support recently promised to the Congress, NEW LOWER REGISTRATION FEES have been introduced for participant from countries which are NOT in the World Bank's high income brackets [list of high income countries].

Notes. Student discount. This fee is only for students who can prove their status with an official document issued by their place of education. It is entirely discretionary, and is only possible thanks to generous support of sponsors. Late Registration. After 31 October no further registrations will be accepted. Cancellation Policy. Cancellations received before 1 October 2013 will be subject to a 20% charge on the amount paid. Cancellations received between 1 and 31 October 2013 will be subject to a 50% charge on the amount paid. Thereafter no refund will be made. Support for Participants. A very small amount of support may be available for a limited number of participants. This support will only be provided in cases where genuine need is demonstrated, and is entirely discretionary. Individuals willing to sponsor other participants are invited to contact the Congress Secretariat. Participants requiring a letter of invitation from the Congress should please mark the appropriate box on the Registration Form.
