Overseas participants. The two nearest airports are Bodrum and Dalaman. If advance notice is given, it should be possible to meet you at either of these airports, and to return you to the airport at the end of the Congress.

Accommodation

The headquarters of the Congress will be the Yücelen Hotel in Akyaka, and we recommend participants stay at this hotel, which is one of the highest scoring hotels for the town on Tripadvisor. The Hotel has advised the Organizing Committee that the cost of accommodation for participants will be €50 per person per night (two people in one room), or €70 per person per night (single occupancy). This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.

As a lower-cost alternative, we also recommend the Hamle Hotel. This Hotel, which is five minutes walk from the Congress headquarters, has advised the Organizing Committee that the cost of accommodation for participants will be €15 per person per night (two people in one room), or €20 per person per night (single occupancy). This includes breakfast but not lunch or dinner.

Participants should arrange their accommodation directly with these Hotels.
